In addition to providing Metro Cards to eligible patients, most patients with Affinity, Americhoice, Amerigroup, Archacare, Cigna, Diamond Care, Elderplan, Emblem Health, Empire BCBS, Fidelis Care, Healthcare Partners, HealthPlus, HealthFirst, Horizon Healthcare, Integra, MagnaCare, Medicaid, Montefiore MetroPlus, Oxford, Partners Health, Senior While Health MOTC, United Healthcare, United MOTC, UMR, and Wellcare coverage can receive FREE Round-Trip Car Service from their home on the day of their appointment at no additional charge.

By Car: We are 15-20 minutes away from LaGuardia Airport, approximately 6.2 miles. Get directions here.

Queens is a transportation hub for New York City, and you can get there easily through a number of different means.
Take the E to Sutphin Blvd. Choices is 400 ft East of Sutphin Blvd. By NYC Bus: Q6 (Sutphin Blvd – Rockaway Blvd), Q8 (Brooklyn to Queens), Q44 (Queens to the Bronx), Q54 (Queens to Williamsburgh), and Q56 (Queens to East New York) all stop in front of the building.
Choices Women’s Medical Center is easily reached from anywhere in the Bronx via the Q44 / Q20 Local and Limited-Stop Service between Queens and College Point, Jamaica, continuing local to Bronx Park South, Bronx. The bus stop is in front of our new location on Jamaica Avenue.
The Q44 / Q20 has access from the 2 and 5 subway lines at E. Tremont Avenue exit, the 6 subway line at Parkchester – E. 77th Street exit, the 7 subway line at Flushing – Main Street exit, the E and F subway lines at Briarwood – Van Wyck exit, the F subway line at Sutphin Blvd exit, and the E, J and Z subway lines at Jamaica Center exit.

You can take the Long Island Railroad and the JFK Airport Airtran to Jamaica Station, which is 500 ft from Choices.
